Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed goals.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership of diverse teams.
• Clear verbal and written communication with all levels.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and timely stock replenishment.
• Partner with Store Manager to maximize profitability and foster inclusion.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety and policies.
