• Capable of working independently and managing duties without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store team to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Enforce company policies, dress code, and standards daily.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and training of store personnel.
• Manage store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Open and close the store following SOP and ensure cash accuracy.
