Job summary

Rack Room Shoes in Warner Robins, GA seeks a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations and ensure policy compliance. You will lead, train, and coach staff under Store Manager oversight, stepping in during absence to maintain smooth operations.

You will drive a great customer experience while managing POS, inventory, merchandising, payroll, and loss prevention to meet sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Provide leadership and training to store staff.
• In absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager, assume full store responsibility.
• Handle POS transactions per policy (sales, discounts, refunds, loyalty).
• Manage inventory, price changes, markdowns and physical counts.
• Oversee merchandising, presentation, and housekeeping to standards.
• Control payroll, scheduling and attendance within policy.
• Train and develop direct reports with consistent customer service standards.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection.
