Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Coach and mentor Shift Leads and Sales Associates to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards; ensure adherence to procedures.
• Drive sales through engagement with the membership program and loyalty initiatives.
• Assist in inventory management, shipments, and loss prevention collaboration.
• Participate in recruitment, staffing, scheduling, and staff training.
