Job summary

Rocky in Centerville, OH is seeking a Team Lead who will support store operations in the Store Manager and Assistant Manager's absence. You will model outstanding customer service, supervise the store team, open/close the store, and help execute initiatives to drive sales and traffic.

• Oversee cash handling and adherence to company procedures
• Work with management to achieve sales and productivity goals
• Attend mandatory monthly store meetings
