• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to exceed expectations by coaching the team on balancing tasks with service.
• Evaluates customer feedback and uses it to train and coach employees.
• Maintains a safe, clean and well-organized store environment.
• Recruits, selects and retains qualified employees and ensures proper staffing.
• Manages store performance, cash accountability, and policy compliance.
• Oversees inventory, receiving, stocking, and merchandising displays.
