CrossAmerica Partners is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager with daily operations, customer service, staff supervision, and profitability in a busy convenience store environment in Virginia.

Ideal candidates bring retail leadership experience, are flexible, and can manage schedules, cash handling, and inventory while delivering strong service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or convenience store management with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s in business or related field is a plus.
• Valid and current state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and resolve complaints while maintaining a clean, safe store.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new employees; manage daily staff activities.
• Oversee inventory including stock ordering, receiving, and shelf replenishment.
• Help drive sales and assist in achieving store goals and budgets.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across store operations.
• Prepare daily sales, inventory, and performance reports for the Store Manager.
