Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or convenience store management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Valid and Current State Driver's License is Required

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Recruit, training, and onboarding new employees.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, including stock ordering, receiving, and shelving.
• Monitor cash handling and reconcile cash registers.
• Support store budgets, control expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
