Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Lake Saint Louis location.

You will help with day-to-day activities, merchandise transfers, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The role emphasizes supervising and training store associates, upholding company standards, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and reads/understands operational directives.
• Experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Ability to manage store operations and supervise associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Assist customers in a positive manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize, transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support store manager with supervision, training and development of associates.
• Maintain clean, organized store areas and ensure adherence to policies.
