Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support the Store Manager in supervising and developing store associates.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash, and follow policies.
• Ensure friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
