Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Burlington, NC seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in store management in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Lifts up to 55 lbs and performs physical store duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize merchandise transfers from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling and loss prevention.
