Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development in Hendersonville. You will help manage day-to-day activities, assist customers, and ensure a welcoming, efficient shopping environment.

Responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, merchandise organization, payroll and scheduling basics, loss prevention, and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have store-management experience in retail or grocery.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Organize merchandise transfer from delivery to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Follow corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, cash deposits.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and secure assets.
