Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership at the checkout and on the floor.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, and safety meetings.
• Follow company work processes to manage merchandise, including stocking and displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and loss prevention measures.
• Assist in planogram implementation and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure cash handling integrity, cashier accountability, and deposits.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
