Job summary

• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training; conduct safety meetings; ensure policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, display, planograms, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure cash handling integrity: refunds/overrides, tills, deposits, and security practices.
• Assist in store operations and leadership in the Store Manager's absence.
