Job summary

Coach is seeking an energetic Brand Ambassador to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor. You will lead by example, mentor the team on clienteling strategies, and support initiatives that elevate store performance.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, recruiting and evaluating staff, and maintaining a positive, inclusive store culture while upholding Coach values.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs) and to move product, cartons, fixtures as needed
• Strong leadership, clienteling, and performance feedback skills

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business
• Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to enhance store performance
• Supports the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training of team members
