Coach seeks a Brand Ambassador to lead on the sales floor, embodying Coach values and driving customer experience. You will support store operations and assist in implementing company initiatives while representing the brand with integrity and enthusiasm.

With the ability to analyze sales trends and mentor teammates, you will contribute to achieving store KPIs and maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift and move at least 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and customer experience.
