Job summary

Cotton On is seeking a personable Key Holder in the United States to open and close shifts, support store leadership, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will assist in inventory, restocking, and merchandising while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably fast fashion.
• Demonstrated collaboration to drive team results.
• Knowledge of basic retail principles: sales, stock, service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with policies.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report unusual activity.
• Engage with teams and customers professionally and respectfully.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
• Interact collaboratively to achieve common goals.
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate others.
