Job summary

Cotton On Group in the United States (Florida) is hiring a Part-time Key Holder who helps open and close the store, leads the team on shift, and delivers exceptional customer service. Our brand blends playful rebelliousness with optimism, and we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.

As a Key Holder you will be involved in inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention, with opportunities for growth across our three brands.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably fast fashion.
• Team collaboration to drive results.
• Understanding of basic retail principles (sales, stock, service).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store per company policies.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory, restocking, and merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support loss prevention and report unusual activity.
• Interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
