Job summary

Cotton On Group in Knoxville, TN is hiring a Part-Time Key Holder to open/close the store, lead the team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will process sales, assist with inventory, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.

We value teamwork and flexibility, with growth opportunities across our three brands. Ideal for someone 18+ with retail experience who can lead by example and provide friendly, responsive service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year retail sales experience.
• 1+ year of acting retail leadership/management experience that allowed you to lead aspects of the business and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity.
• Engages with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
• Ability to interact collaboratively and work as a team towards a common goal.
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate and inspire others.
• Acting in a respectful manner to customers, managers and peers.
