Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience:

• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Support operational excellence and sales targets through people and process support.
• Compliance with federal and state firearm transaction requirements, where applicable.
• Ability to qualify for FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, instructions, plan-o-grams, and manuals.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Ability to understand and execute written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
• Knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Compliance with firearm transaction requirements, where applicable.
• Qualification for FOID card (Illinois only).
• Completion of Firearms Sales Certification Training, in applicable roles.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Good hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, procedures, and professional conduct rules.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, handle, and perform repetitive motions; lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
• Frequent stooping, crouching, grasping, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing, and lifting 21-40 pounds.
• Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting 41-60 pounds.
