Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of two years relevant experience.
• Support of people and processes to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
• Compliance with federal and state requirements for firearm transactions, where applicable.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills; effective communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, instructions, plan-o-grams, and manuals.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Common sense understanding to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Compliance with firearm transaction regulations and FOID card requirements (Illinois only).
• Completion of Firearms Sales Certification Training, where applicable.

Physical & Attendance Requirements:

• Good hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and professional conduct.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, handle, and lift up to 20 pounds constantly.
• Frequently stoop, crouch, grasp, push, pull, talk, hear, and lift 21-40 pounds.
• Occasionally sit, climb, balance, and lift 41-60 pounds.
