Education:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Work Experience:

• At least two years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience in supporting people and processes to drive operational excellence and achieve sales targets.
• Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions, where applicable.
• Must meet requirements to qualify for and maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service orientation; effective problem solver and communicator with customers and team members.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, plan-o-grams, and manuals.
• Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.

Other Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Must meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions, where applicable.
• Must qualify for and maintain FOID card (Illinois only).
• Required to complete Firearms Sales Certification Training, where applicable.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Acceptable hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Adherence to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules for professional conduct.
• Constantly stand, walk, reach, handle, perform repetitive motions, feel, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Frequently stoop, crouch, use fingers, grasp, push, pull, talk, hear, and lift 21 to 40 pounds.
• Occasionally sit, climb, balance, and lift 41 to 60 pounds.
