Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, service, and operational excellence. You will coach, develop the team, recruit and train store staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead by example, communicate priorities, and use store reports to inform decisions. The role supports scheduling, training on internal operations, and maintaining brand standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and training capabilities.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing store team.
• Proficiency with technology systems, Microsoft Office and POS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
