Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative, self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient with technology systems including Microsoft Office and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coach staff and communicate priorities to maximize business.
• Assist in recruiting staff and foster an inclusive store environment.
• Support management in achieving sales, customer service and operational goals.
• Train staff on internal operations and stay updated on directives.

• Leverage customer feedback to resolve concerns and improve NPS.
