Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual with good judgement and business sense.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of shift; lift up to 50 lbs; climb a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading staff to meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coach and recruit store staff; ensure training aligns with company standards and inclusivity.
• Communicate priorities and leverage store reports to maximize opportunities.
• Develop game plans and follow up to drive sales and performance.
• Ensure scheduling accuracy and proper staffing; maintain brand standards in visuals and operations.
• Train staff on customer service expectations to deliver exceptional experiences and improve Medallia scores.
• Use customer feedback to take action and prevent or resolve issues.
