Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
• For facilities that sell firearms, a firearms CBC may be required and background checks may apply.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training, feedback, and coaching.
• Ensure customer service excellence following the OBW service model.
• Manage store financials including PL, budgeting, forecasting, and expenses.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and shrink control.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
• Ensure compliance with Open Door Policy and company policies.
