Job summary

You will coach leaders and associates, implement sourcing strategies, and track staffing metrics to drive guest satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume retail management with a proven track record of building high-performing, diverse teams.
• Human Resources experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of store operations and staffing needs.

Responsibilities
