Job summary

Altar’d State Revival in Tysons Corner, VA is seeking an Assistant Brand Leader to guide store operations, guest service, and team performance while upholding Revival’s welcoming values. You will drive sales goals and coach staff to deliver outstanding experiences.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing associates, managing payroll and expenses, loss prevention, and maintaining compelling visual presentation in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct store activities to meet guest service and sales goals.
• Recruit, develop and manage associates; maintain engaging environment.
• Monitor payroll and operating expenses; manage loss prevention.
• Ensure visual standards and merchandising presentation align with brand.
