Job summary

Amazinggoodwill in West Bend, WI is seeking an Employee Experience Manager (EEM) to lead recruitment, staff development, and store productivity. The role focuses on back-of-house operations, hardlines on the sales floor, and ensuring sales and margin targets are met.

The EEM will manage training compliance, data reporting, and effective communication through binders and boards, while guiding teams toward improved performance over multi-quarter projects.

Qualifications

• Two years of college education or experience equivalency, and a minimum of 5 years experience.
• Forklift certification, if required at site.
• Work varied schedule with required shifts; some evenings and weekends.
• Must have a working phone for communication access.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee recruitment and onboarding, development, and coaching to meet store goals.
• Manage back-of-house operations and hardlines product flow on the sales floor.
• Ensure online training compliance and timely data entry and reporting.
• Monitor customer service, donation coverage, and store environment standards.
• Communicate policies and coordinate channels (binders, boards) for staff.
• Analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead talent development and participate in change management efforts.
• Support safety, processes, and accountability across shift teams.
