Job summary

HMSHost Corporation seeks a Manager, Store Systems to lead the store systems program from design through deployment at the North America Support Center in Bethesda, MD. You will manage teams, consult with stakeholders, and drive security and efficiency across customer-facing platforms.

Requires 5+ years in IT leadership and 5 years as a solution architect, with VMware and cloud experience. Role focuses on end-to-end delivery, budget adherence, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leading IT teams implementing systems solutions.
• 5 years as a solutions architect delivering end-to-end IT solutions and deployments.
• 2 years of experience working with VMware environments.
• Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of store systems initiatives from conception to deployment within budget.
• Direct maintenance to ensure system stability and availability for users.
• Develop metrics for customer-facing systems and collaborate on capacity planning.
