Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Senior Systems Architect at the North America Support Center in Bethesda, MD to lead digital technology deployments across store locations. You will coordinate internal teams, brand partners, and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-brand and on-budget implementations.

Responsibilities include managing kiosks, mobile ordering, self-checkout and related tech, while tracking milestones, financials, and deployment readiness for new openings, remodels and conversions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years combined education and professional experience in technology deployments.
• Leadership role with 2+ years supervising or influencing a team.
• Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of digital solutions across store openings and remodels.
• Coordinate internal teams, brand partners, and third-party vendors throughout deployment.
• Align deployment with construction schedules and site readiness.
• Coordinate connectivity, infrastructure and technical requirements with Network Services.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee installation, configuration, testing and support.
• Track milestones, finances, and deployment readiness; provide leadership updates.
