Job summary

Buckle is opening a brand new store at the Carolina Premium Outlets in Smithfield, NC mid-September. We will be hiring many new positions for this team and will start interviews now.

The Store Support Teammate is responsible for fulfilling our mission statement, “to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” The role includes guest assistance, POS transactions, merchandising support, and upholding Buckle’s policies and ethics.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and complete guest transactions.
• Assist with merchandising tasks, displays, and price markdowns as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store environment.
• Adhere to Buckle’s policies, ethics, and safety standards.
