Job summary

Buckle is opening a brand new store at the Carolina Premium Outlets in Smithfield, NC. We are hiring Sales Teammates to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests and to perform sales, merchandising, and operations tasks assigned by Store Management.

Full-time positions include benefits and opportunities for development. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest's needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to Guests and Team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
• Provide legendary service in Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.
• Handle checkouts and bag purchases; prepare merchandise for alterations.
• Know exchange and return procedures and turn them into a sales opportunity.
• Fill out and use the Sales Presentation Guide (SPG) daily to reach goals.
• Build and maintain Guest relationships to develop a client-based business.
• Stay current on product range and provide feedback on merchandise handling issues.
