The Buckle, Inc. is opening a brand new store in Smithfield, NC and is hiring Sales Teammates to fulfill the mission of delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience. You will engage Guests, handle sales, merchandising, and store operations to support a positive, high-energy team environment.

As a Sales Teammate, you will greet Guests, answer questions, assist with product selection, and perform cashiering and stock tasks while upholding Buckle’s customer service standards and policies.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide Legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Assist Guests in locating merchandise and create wardrobing experiences.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate Guests and teammates.
• Operate cash register and balance cash drawers.
• Follow loss prevention guidelines and security procedures.
