Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is opening a brand new store at the Carolina Premium Outlets in Smithfield, NC, and will hire a team to deliver an enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

The Store Support Teammate will perform a variety of sales support tasks assigned by the Store Manager, including greeting guests, operating POS, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, organized store. No prior experience is required, and part-time teammates receive benefits and a supportive work environment as part of

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Complete Guest transactions using POS software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies for payments and exchanges, and security practices.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, informative service.
