Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Limited travel to support new store openings.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll, scheduling, cash office, and supply orders with store leadership.
• Plan and communicate with team using company tools and technology.
• Refresh and maintain associate and office areas for a safe work environment.
• Assist onboarding of new associates in compliance with Kohl’s guidelines.
• Execute shortages reduction programs and fulfill assigned tasks on time.
• Monitor training, surveys and audits and ensure timelines are met.
• Maintain in-store technology devices and guide issue resolution.
• Cross-train across departments and adapt to store needs.
