Job summary

Total Wine & More in West Hollywood, CA, is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, mentor staff, and uphold a high standard of customer service. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere, resolve customer issues, and ensure compliance with all laws related to alcohol sales.

The role asks for 1–3 years in retail supervisory tasks, strong people skills, and flexibility for evenings and weekends. Internal title is Supervisor; you will report to store management and contribute to KPIs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year supervisory in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support management in growing the company brand and sales culture.
• Supervise team members and assist training and development.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws and store safety standards.
• Drive sales and meet KPIs while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
