Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Retail Management/Supervisory experience (thrift preferred).
• Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to pass background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.

Responsibilities

• Takes an active role with the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations including POS, inventory, and merchandising.
• Monitors payroll and manages staff coverage to meet store needs.
• Ensures high levels of customer and donor service and maintains ARC standards.
