Under Armour in Lancaster is seeking a Store Supervisor to coach teammates, support daily operations, and drive results. You’ll back up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold merchandise standards, and help create a high-performance culture where everyone thrives.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work full-time including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail.
• Local language fluency required; basic English a plus.
• Available to work full-time including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (hand-held/mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance is preferred.
• Advanced selling experience and industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time business decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Understand loss prevention standards and audit compliance.
• Lead and rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, and Operations to gain cross-area experience.
• Provide customers with detailed product information.
• Communicate with teammates and store leadership about accidents or injuries.
• Set clear priorities, sales targets and KPI goals for the team.
• Support store and regional leadership and HR during onboarding and training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
