Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a store supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a team of sales associates, manage staffing and payroll, and ensure outstanding customer service across the sales floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
