Vans is seeking a Supervisor to lead a fast-paced retail team in a Woodburn, OR store. You will support the leadership team, drive the in-store customer experience, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment aligned with brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving and loss prevention.
