• Oversee donation intake and processing to meet production and sales goals.
• Uses reports to guide training, coaching and skill development.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Manage retail activities including scheduling and opening/closing, ensuring the leader checklist is completed.
• Support mission by employing and training people with diverse abilities.
• Support recruitment, interviewing and onboarding with Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
