Job summary

Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity operates ReStores in Williston, Milton, and Swanton, seeking a Supervisors to oversee Associates, manage donations, pricing, and cash handling while delivering excellent customer service. The role supports warehouse organization and product movement, with a focus on sustainability and affordable housing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Forklift certification and a valid driver’s license (preferred).
• 2+ years in customer service, dispatching, or a customer-facing role (preferred).
• Retail supervisory experience (preferred).
• High school diploma (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Store Leaders to support areas of need for new donations.
• Unload donated items from donor vehicles and approve/deny donations.
• Maintain an inventory of shipping containers; move and organize product.
• Supervise the donations department; sort and price donations, move larger items.
• Train staff on Donation Lane tasks and responsibilities.
• Lead opening and closing procedures, reconcile cash drawer, daily checklist.
• Promote cooperation between procurement, operations, and ReStore teams.
