Job summary

Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity seeks aStore Associate for its ReStores in Williston, Milton, and Swanton. The role involves unloading donations, pricing goods, stocking shelves, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have retail or warehouse experience, be dependable, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma is preferred. ReStore staff enjoy a 20% store discount and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or warehouse settings.
• Ability to lift and move items safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication with staff, volunteers, donors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Unload donated items from vehicles and assess condition for acceptance.
• Sort, price, and stock donations on the sales floor.
• Assist with unloading pickups and specialty donations.
• Help transport items from truck/warehouse to sales floor and loading dock area.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, informative service.
• Process transactions at the register including discounts and returns.
• Attend events and assist with setup/cleanup.
