Job summary

Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity seeks a ReStore Supervisor for the Williston, VT store. You will oversee Associates, manage donation drop-offs, maintain the donation line and warehouse, and handle pricing.

You will organize products on the sales floor and cover the cashier when needed, while providing excellent customer service and supporting the organization's mission. The role requires hands-on leadership, forklift operation, and collaboration with procurement and operations to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Forklift certification and valid driver's license are preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Store Leaders to support donations inflow and store needs.
• Unload donated items and approve or deny donations as needed.
• Maintain inventory of shipping containers and move products safely.
• Supervise the donations department and price/clean donations for sale.
• Train staff on Donation Lane tasks and safety procedures.
• Lead opening/closing procedures and reconcile cash drawer daily.
