Job summary

Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity is seeking a ReStore Supervisor for its Williston, Milton, and Swanton locations in Vermont. The role oversees Associates, manages donations, pricing, and warehouse organization, and covers cashier duties when needed.

Excellent customer service and mission alignment are essential. Responsibilities include coordinating with leadership, unloading donations, supervising staff, training volunteers, and using a forklift for loading.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Forklift certification and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service, dispatching, or customer-facing role preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Store Leaders to support filling areas of need for new donations.
• Unload donated items from donors’ vehicles; approve or deny donations.
• Maintain an inventory of all shipping containers; move and organize product.
• Supervise the donations department: sort, price, and clean donations; move larger items.
• Train staff on Donation Lane tasks and responsibilities; escalate concerns to Managers.
