Job summary

Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity seeks Store Supervisors for its ReStores in Williston, Milton, and Swanton. The role oversees Associates, manages donations, maintains the donation line and warehouse, and handles pricing while delivering exceptional customer service and advancing the mission.

Supervisors organize products on the floor, assist with large item handling, and support cashiers when needed, reporting to the ReStore Manager in a fast-paced, community-focused setting in Vermont.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service or dispatching.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Store Leaders to fill areas of need for new donations.
• Unload donated items from donor vehicles; approve/deny donations.
• Maintain inventory of shipping containers; move and organize product.
• Supervise donations; sort, price, and clean donated items.
• Train staff on Donation Lane tasks; assist with safety checks.
