Under Armour is hiring a Full-Time Store Supervisor in the United States. You will coach teammates, support daily operations, and uphold merchandise standards while driving a high-performance culture.

You will analyze sales trends, manage merchandising moves, and ensure loss prevention. The role requires 1 year retail experience, strong communication, and physical stamina for handling products.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held and mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Able to stand, lift, and move cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kgs each shift.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to improve presentation.
• Monitor loss prevention standards and store audits.
• Lead or rotate ownership of key areas (Talent, Visuals, Operations).
• Provide customers with detailed product information.
• Communicate priorities and KPIs to sales teammates to hit targets.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for store leadership and HR.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
