Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership potential.
• Ability to communicate clearly, count, read and write accurately.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions and operate a cash register.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, develop, train and discipline hourly employees.
• Monitor shift cash handling and inventory; investigate shortages/overages within threshold.
• Maintain business records and review cashier accountability sheets as directed.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll and other administrative duties per policies.
• Manage cash procedures including deposits and change orders.
• Maintain store image standards and cleanliness.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with guidelines; report issues.
• Coordinate gasoline levels and deliveries as needed.
• Engage in promotional initiatives and guest service excellence.

Education
