Qualifications

• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Communicate, count, read, and write accurately.
• Perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations and staff.
• Supervise, train and discipline hourly employees.
• Monitor cash handling and inventory.
• Investigate shortages/overages and inventory variances.
• Maintain records and perform banking/payroll tasks as requested.
• Manage cash deposits and change orders.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety and security.
• Support promotional initiatives and guest service.
• Complete duties in accordance with policies and the Handbook.
